Virgil Ray, Founder and CEO 1977-2020<\/strong>
Virgil started Leasing Systems, Inc. in 1977 after successful careers in banking, leasing, auto financing and personal loans with Wachovia Bank and Barclays Bank of England.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the years, in addition to Leasing Systems, Inc., Virgil has owned a Ready Mix Concrete Company which has developed over 200 residential lots, built homes and commercial buildings, and drilled oil wells in Kentucky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He actively owned and managed two commercial buildings in Tennessee and remained active in the Tennessee Home Builder\u2019s Association for over 25 years. He served as the group\u2019s President in 1977, and in 2018 was inducted into the National Homebuilders Hall of Fame. Virgil was also Senior Vice President of American Lease Plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sadly, Virgil passed away peacefully at home in his sleep on July 29, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steve K. Ray, President<\/strong>
After finishing school at Middle Tennessee State University in 1982, Steve worked with several large car dealerships as Fleet Lease Manager and Medium-Duty Truck Manager as well as Manager of Ford Motor Credit Leasing Division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 1986, Steve has served as President of Leasing Systems, Inc. In addition, Steve wears a number of hats including Stock Holder, Purchasing Agent, Account Rep and Appraiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chad Ray \u2013 Vice President<\/strong>
Raised in middle Tennessee and presently residing in Sumner County, Chad attended Davidson Academy and Western Kentucky University. Chad joined Leasing Systems, lnc. in 2014 to continue in the family business alongside his dad and grandad. His daily duties include buying\/selling\/leasing equipment, vehicles, etc, meeting new customers, making credit decisions, and building the business. Chad believes that a business will thrive with honesty, integrity, hard work, and dedication. He also believes these are a few key factors that have kept our business alive for so many years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jackie Estes – Insurance Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jackie joined the Leasing Systems family on July 28, 2019. She previously worked for the Department of Education. She has lived in Middle Tennessee all her life and currently resides in Robertson County. She handles the insurance for all of our customers as well as for the company. She prepares all lease paperwork as well as assisting with deeds, titles and bill of sales. She also provides support to all company officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chase Ray – Assistant Vice President<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chase joined Leasing Systems in May of 2022. He attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY, where he studied accounting and business administration. Originally from Robertson County, Chase grew up around the family business often meeting customers with his father and grandfather in addition to working summers and winters at the office. His duties include preparing and obtaining tags for customers, accounts receivable, and picking up\/delivering vehicles to customers. Chase is dedicated to growing the business alongside his father and brother. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jennifer Sadler – Accounting Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jennifer joined our family on March 2, 2020. She comes to us after working in Accounting for 27 years with a local company. Originally from Memphis, TN she moved to the Gallatin area in high school and has lived in the community ever since. She handles all things financial along with the day-to-day accounting duties including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory, Month-End and Year-End closings, all business taxes and company financials as well as providing support to our customers, our banking relationships and our CPA. She reports directly to our company officers.
